Now imagine that 14 year old writing songs just as good and performing them in a way that will leave you stunned and amazed. ALBUM ONE SHEET/BIO

As America struggles to make sense of her politics, economy and future, a 14 year old girl from the hills of Kentucky is reminding America of its glorious past.

Phoebe White is a multi-instrumentalist, a song writer and one of Western music’s rising stars. An accomplished yodeler with a surprising range, she is inspired by music pioneers who have gone before her such as Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Patsy Cline, Jimmie Rogers, and Patsy Montana. Sharing the music of America’s cowboy past is one of her passions.

“I wanted to celebrate the spirit of America’s rural and western heritage. It’s been my dream since I was 8 years old,” says Phoebe.

The reason Western music legends like Riders In The Sky, Suzy Bogguss, Kristyn Harris and Michael Martin Murphey heap praise on 14-year old Phoebe White is really pretty obvious from the very moment she sings. Those artists recognize White as a master of yodeling, and, quite simply, a musical prodigy.

“Phoebe is a musical phenomenon. Her talent blew my mind the first time I heard her voice.” Kristyn Harris, 5-Time Western Music Association Entertainer of the Year

“Phoebe’s songs are remarkable, her voice exquisite and her yodeling will make you see stars.” Michael Martin Murphey Wildfire, America’s Cowboy

Cowgirl’s Delight is her latest album, following the impactful and chart topping 2022 release of UnXpected, both produced and arranged by folksinger and WoodSongs TV & Radio creator Michael Johnathon.

Some songs were written by the likes of Riders In The Sky’s Ranger Doug. An- other, a powerful and timely, banjo-based ballad called The Color of Me was written especially for the project by music icon Janis Ian.

Johnathon enlisted a troupe of talent for the project, including the Riders In The Sky, Suzy Bogguss, the McLain Family Band, plus Canadian harmonica master Mike Stevens. White displays a vocal and musical command far beyond her years. Phoebe composed over half the album herself, along with her mother Tiffany White and Nashville based songwriter Corey Lee Barker.

The first single Ride Along With Me, a duet with country star Suzy Bogguss and performed with Grand Ole Opry members Riders in the Sky, is a story of friendship. The album is released nationwide on all platforms September 12.

All in all, not bad for a 14 year old...
